2500 ECR

Palo Alto, CA

A part of the Stanford Research Park, this affordable housing unit contributes to its community with a corner café and services for the visually impaired. The EnFold Façade team collaborated with David Baker Architects to conceptualize the unit’s quirks. Features such as Cor-Ten wallscreens and fences emulate an aged appearance. The brilliance and contemporary, rectangular cutouts of the anodized aluminum balconies and sunshields contrast handsomely with the weathered material of the wallscreens.
