1212 Flower

Los Angeles, CA

A greatly enlarged version of BŌK Modern’s C36 pattern has been applied to the parking garage of this high-rise condominium and commercial building in downtown Los Angeles.

Six hundred and fifty of our panels flow continuously like delicate fabric across 48,000 square feet of space, running as high as eight stories in some places and stretching as long as half a city block. The enlarged pattern provides a handsome way to meet the 50% open area for code compliance for parking structures.

Our panels were finished in a high-class fluoropolymer paint to match the window mullion system use on the remainder of the building.
