2060 Folsom

San Francisco, CA

2060 Folsom, a collaboration between Mission Economic Development Agency (MEDA) and Chinatown Community Development Center (CCDC), working with architects Mithun and Y.A. Studio, will provide an active community hub at the corner of 17th and Folsom Streets, across from a brand new park where there is currently a parking lot.

This affordable housing development is anchored by 127 apartments for families and transitional age youth and was designed to gracefully maximize density and offer opportunities for community building among a diverse mix of residents.

BŌK Modern’s scope features a nine-story walking bridge that incorporates wallscreens as well as guardrails.
